After practicing in the Bay Area for 15 years, Dr. Graham relocated to Oklahoma to take over an existing practice in Enid in 1998. There, with the help of a highly experienced senior pathologist, he set up a service and lab which provided integrated modified Mohs surgery for removal of skin cancers in sensitive areas, with higher complete tumor removal rates and lower sacrifice of normal tissue than traditional skin cancer surgery. The lab maintained certification by the State of Oklahoma. Later, due to patients' requests, he opened a satellite office in Edmond in 2004. He serves the population of Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas through the office at Silver Leaf Professional Park in Edmond, as well as Northwest Oklahoma through the office in Enid. He maintains memberships and honorary positions in a number of professional organizations.
